PI-ONEERS is a dynamic and inclusive international high school
mathematics organization committed to promoting mathematical excellence.
Our mission is to provide a platform for high school students, educators, and mathematics enthusiasts to explore the fascinating world of mathematics, share knowledge, and engage in stimulating discussions and activities. We believe in the power of mathematics to solve real-world problems and inspire critical thinking among young minds.
Our team continues to engage in maths by sharing questions actively in group discussion. Our goal is to make math accessible and enjoyable for secondary students worldwide, regardless of their background or skill level.

As aninquisitive observer, she sees mathematics as thesecret code connecting the past, present, and future.An applied mathematician at heart, she believesmathematics is discovered, not invented. As a teachershe thrives on conversations with curious young mindsand is endlessly inspired by their enthusiasm.

As a founding leader of Pi-oneers, I started the club with the group of creating a space that inspires and encourages students to explore various math questions. Working alongside our members, I was able to understand the importance of math and encouraging discussions in our lives!

My name is Leo Yao, I am from “The British International School Shanghai” Puxi Campus. I am currently in year 9, which is grade 8. I am a member of The BISS Math Club, which has been formed in 2024. My primary target is focus on making math videos teaching Year 7-9 Maths. I also focus on making videos of the basics of math as Addition, subtraction, multiplication and division.
